Method of preparation:
The meat is cut into pieces and fried in the oil until half done. The three types of onions are cut into large slices and successively added to the meat. Let it simmer and add the garlic. Pour the wine, sprinkle with salt, red and black pepper and the savory. Boil for a few minutes and pour into a bowl, pressing down slightly. Invert on a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
