Delicious traditions
The project addresses the need to preserve the cultural and historical heritage, in particular the cuisine associated with specific traditions and customs and their promotion. The main target groups are: local producers, users of tourist services and cultural and educational organizations. The project proposal envisages promotion of the culinary cultural heritage in the municipality of Razlog. The main goal of the project is the development and popularization of the territorial identity of the municipality, related to the cultural heritage, customs, traditions and folklore, through the prism of the specific cuisine. This will be achieved through: Research, identification and analysis of the specific culinary heritage in the municipality of Razlog, through the prism of the traditions and customs in the region. Structuring and presenting the information in an innovative way in a bilingual interactive online platform designed for Bulgarian and foreign tourists, thus attracting a larger tourist flow. Preparation of bilingual documentaries. Preparation of printed materials. Dissemination of information materials. All produced materials will comply with the requirements for information and communication under the program.

Objective of the project: The development and popularization of the territorial identity of the municipality, related to the cultural heritage, customs, traditions and folklore, through the prism of the specific cuisine.
The specific goals of the project: Increasing interest in the specific intangible heritage. Creation of a partner network of local producers and interested parties. Using modern ICT tools to present the cuisine and traditions in the municipality in an innovative way. Preserving and increasing accessibility to intangible cultural heritage through digital technologies.
In the long term, the project will create an opportunity to preserve, protect the intangible heritage and integrate it with the development of tourism and increase the attractiveness of the area as a tourist destination for various types of alternative tourism.
