Razlozhka Bohcha
Necessary products:свински джолан
pork shank – 1
zucchini – 1
red and green peppers
onion – 1 head
carrot – 1 pc.
eggplant – 1/2
mushrooms – 5
salt, pepper, savory, parsley
broth in which the shank was boiled – 100 ml.
white wine – 100 ml.
sour cream – 3 tbsp.
pickles – 3 pcs.
round bread – 1
cheese – 150 gr.
Method of preparation:
The pork shank is boiled together with a few grains of black pepper and a little salt. During this time, the vegetables are cut. They are stewed in a little fat and when they soften, the meat from the shank is added. Add the sour cream, broth and wine. Mix and add the sliced cucumbers. Add the spices and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
The top of the round bread is cut off like a cap and its soft part (the middle) is removed. Vegetables and meat are placed inside and cheese is grated on top. Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has a golden crust. Serve warm and cut into pieces (like a cake).
