Свинска кавърма
Necessary products:
pork – 1 kg. of fresh patterned meat
bacon – optional
leek onion – 1-2
fat
salt to taste
Method of preparation:
The meat is washed, cut into cubes, put in a large tray, if necessary, a little fat or bacon is added. It is fried and the chopped leek is added to it. Season with salt and stew until the meat is fully cooked.
