Kombari Sus Zele
Necessary products:
potatoes – 6 medium-sized
sauerkraut – ½
onion – 1 head
dry red peppers – 3-4
fennel seeds, salt, oil, black pepper
Method of preparation
Sauerkraut is squeezed well and cut into small pieces. The onion is stewed and the cabbage is added to it, covered with water and left to boil. Potatoes are boiled separately and added to the cabbage. Add the dried peppers. Finally, the spices are added – fennel seeds, black pepper and salt to taste.
