Banitsa with Leek, Bulgur, Cheese
Necessary products:
pie crusts – 1 package
leek onion – 1 stalk
bulgur – 200 gr.
cheese – 500 gr.
oil
Method of preparation:
Boil bulgur in 1 liter of water. A sprig of leek is lightly fried. Add the leeks, a little salt and cheese to the cooked bulgur and sprinkle all the crusts with the resulting mixture and roll up. It is baked and poured with half a cup of a mixture of water, oil and a pinch of salt. It is stewed and after 15–20 min. the banitsa is ready to eat.
