Brakadan
Necessary products
1 kg. of corn flour
100-200 gr. of pork cracklings
3 tablespoons of oil
100-150 gr. of cow butter
salt to taste
Method of preparation
We sift the flour, pour it into 2 liters of boiling water, add salt and boil it for about 10 minutes. Make holes in the mixture with the help of a stirrer. Then we stir in a counter-clockwise direction until the flour absorbs the liquid and a uniform mixture is obtained. Add the oil and butter. Finely chop the skewers and fry them until crispy. We pour the Brakadan into an oiled pan, wait for it to cool and sprinkle with the cracklings.
