Cooked with care, attention and love. At 1100 meters above sea level, without a shop within a 10 km radius, we always try to be on the top! We produce a part of our products ourselves through a biological method that is kind to biodiversity, to people’s health, and in this way we achieve a balance for nature and people. We don`t use a lot of complicated recipes with sophisticated products from far away lands, rather focusing on real local, seasonal produce.
